FEED THE SHEEP

John 21:17

"....Jesus said to him, 'Feed my sheep.'" ESV

How often do we find ourselves exhausted and needing a retreat? What have we been doing that we are so tired and worn out? It is probably that we have been struggling to keep up with the demands of life. If that's so, how do we have time and energy to help other Christians in their walk? Giving to others what the Lord has given to us is refreshing and uplifting. We don't ever have to be frazzled from the things of this world. We can do big and small acts of kindness and giving all along the way. We will never get tired and weary.

Lord, You have told us to supply Your children with spiritual food that will help them grow. Forgive us for becoming so caught up in the demands of this life that we fail to do what You commanded. May Your love so fill us that we will feed Your sheep at any given moment of any given day. In Your name, Amen.
