WORK WITH WHAT WE HAVE

Ecclesiastes 11:4

"Whoever watches the wind will not plant; Whoever looks at the clouds will not reap."NIV

"He that observeth the wind shall not sow; and he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap." KJV

If we wait until all the circumstances and little loose ends are in place before we feel we can adequately do work for the Lord, we will never do anything for the Lord. We cannot look at what we have and what we do not have. The Lord is the one who calls us and equips us for whatever it is He wants us to be doing at any given time. If we do not question Him, or look to see if we have the talent or the materials or the help to accomplish His request, we will be fruitful and productive. We will be building His kingdom His way, not ours, and souls will be saved from eternal death.

Heavenly Father, so many times we become inspired to do things for Your kingdom, but we feel we have to have certain things in place before we can succeed. You never ask us to do anything that we are not already equipped by You to accomplish for Your kingdom. Help us to keep our eyes on You , Lord, and not on what we have or don't have. You will supply everything we need. In Jesus' name, Amen.
